Panmi Care is the sister site of Panmi. Panmi Care is dedicated to fulfilling spare parts for electric scooters, electric bikes and robot vacuums, so you can give your beloved device that second life.
All products and parts are sourced direct from the original manufacturer, so you can rest assured knowing that your part will fit and perform exactly as intended.
Orders and Payments
In the case of failure to receive a confirmation email upon purchase on Panmi Care, kindly ensure your order payment is successful before making a report.
To make a report, kindly provide us with any related payment details and documents (eg. payment invoice). We will assist you shortly.

We will inform you via email when your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated.

Shipping
Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
For orders fulfilled by Panmi Care, the standard delivery time within Australia is 3-4 business days upon receiving your order tracking number.

Panmi Care is able to deliver to P.O boxes / parcel lockers for all orders, except scooters.
All Panmi Care orders are fulfilled by Australia Post and/or Couriers Please. Kindly refer to the tracking number provided to you via email 1-2 days upon order confirmation.

Returns
Panmi Care does not offer change of mind returns. We encourage customers to double check the compatibility of parts with your device model. Compatibility of parts are listed in each product description.
In the event that your part arrived faulty, kindly Contact Us with your order number and attach a photo or video of the faulty part.
Warranty
Panmi Care offers twelve (12) months warranty on all parts. Our warranty service excludes damages caused by the user or damages by natural wear and tear.

Panmi Care only provides support, service and warranty on goods purchased from Panmi Care.

No, if your original warranty of your device is still valid, it will not be voided.
Panmi Care encourages customers to only install parts if they are confident to do so. Damages caused by the user during installation of parts may be excluded from our warranty service.

Your item is acknowledged as a product authorised by Panmi Care through the proof of purchase provided to the order recipient.
We do not provide warranty services or support for products bought through external channels or unauthorised resellers.
All Panmi Care products are equipped with AU adaptors and are supported by Australia Warranty Standards. We advise users in Australia to abide to Australia safety regulations.
